The class will be loud, with a great soundtrack of rock music, swearing, chaos, war cries, and yes you can bring adult beverage (BYOB). We will practice traditional yoga postures and breathing, with a focus on releasing negative energy. Finding our Zen in an alternative way.

YOGA AND BRUNCH
One Sunday a month, 9-10 AM
Yoga from 9-10 AM in the party room during cold months, and on the patio during warm months. Mimosas included. Then stick around for Brunch at Goldfinch.
$25 Registration includes yoga, and free mimosa.
