BADASS YOGA

The class will be loud, with a great sound track of rock music, swearing, chaos, war cries, and yes you can bring adult beverage (BYOB). We will practice traditional yoga postures and breathing, with a focus on releasing negative energy. Finding our Zen in an alternative way.

YOGA AND BRUNCH
One Sunday a month, 9-10 AM
*usually the 4th Sunday of the month

Yoga from 9-10 AM in the party room during cold months, and on the patio during warm months. Mimosas included. Then stick around for Brunch at Goldfinch.

$20 Registration includes yoga, and free mimosa.

Once a Month on Saturdays, 10-11 AM

50 minute Yoga class at Big Grove Brewery and Taproom, in the party room during cold months, and on the patio during warm months. One Beverage included with Registration, must be 21 for alcoholic beverages.
