Your Health, the Way You Want It

I am a passionate Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Health Coach, and Personal Trainer dedicated to guiding individuals toward a healthier, more mindful lifestyle. I believe that every person is unique—with their own strengths, limitations, and aspirations—and my mission is to empower you with a personalized approach that honors your individuality.

My method is holistic and tailored. By designing custom plans that fit your health needs, daily schedule, and fitness goals, I strive to transform habits and inspire more mindful decisions regarding your wellbeing. I firmly believe that positive lifestyle changes are most effective when they align with who you truly are.

With over 500 hours of training as a Registered Yoga Teacher, I have honed my skills in multifaceted yoga disciplines. My specializations include Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga (300 hours), Yoga for Athletes (100 hours), Yoga for Wellness (100 hours), Yoga for Older Adults (100 hours), and an engaging 100-hour Kids Yoga specialization. Whether you’re joining a group class, retreat, or personalized one-on-one session, I am committed to nurturing both the body and mind.

In addition, as a 500-hour certified Pilates Instructor, I offer intimate small group sessions and private instruction designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, and cultivate mindful movement.

Pilates Reformer

REFORMER PILATES

Why Pilates?  Pilates is a form of strength training, but it doesn’t look like some of the other strength training exercises you might be familiar with. Pilates focuses more on improving muscle tone than building muscles, but the result is similar: greater stability and endurance. Pilates has many potential health benefits, including increased flexibility, muscle tone and strength.

A yoga wellness retreat is about getting away from the stresses, responsibilities and mad rush of daily life and letting the mind quiet down from its daily routine. Learning about yoga practices and philosophy, and practice yoga and meditation.

Sit Ups

PERSONAL TRAINING

Paddleboard yoga is a yoga class held on a stand up paddle (SUP) board and is also called SUP Yoga. SUP yoga challenges your balance skills and core stability by incorporating a floating mat into the yoga practice. No SUP or yoga experience is necessary to take this class, but a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful.
