An alternative approach to yoga, that will find your zen in an alternative way. The class will be loud, with a great sound track of rock music, swearing, chaos, war cries, and yes you can bring adult beverage (BYOB). We will practice traditional yoga postures and breathing, with a focus on releasing negative energy. Finding our Zen in an alternative way.
