Service Description

Practicing yoga together can strengthen the parent and child bond, while providing physical and emotional benefits. Yoga teaches mindfulness, body awareness and focus. We will incorporate playful interaction, creativity and teamwork during this session. Price includes One parent and one child. Each additional Child is $5. Please BRING YOGA MATS FOR EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP!
