As a professional Yoga Teacher, Health Coach, and Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your habits and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I am a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Experienced Registered 200 hour Yoga Teacher; specializing in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma informed yoga- 140 hours, Yoga for Athletes-100 hours, Yoga for Wellness- 100 hours, Yoga for Older adults-100 hours, and 100 hour Kids yoga specialization. I love leading yoga classes, yoga retreats, and one-on-one yoga.

A yoga wellness retreat is about getting away from the stresses, responsibilities and mad rush of daily life and letting the mind quiet down from its daily routine. Learning about yoga practices and philosophy, and practice yoga and meditation.

Paddleboard yoga is a yoga class held on a stand up paddle (SUP) board and is also called SUP Yoga. SUP yoga challenges your balance skills and core stability by incorporating a floating mat into the yoga practice. No SUP or yoga experience is necessary to take this class, but a basic familiarity with yoga is helpful.
