Summer Solstice Yoga Flow/International Yoga Day

Celebrate International Yoga Day with a Summer Solstice yoga Flow class! We will fire up our Agni (inner fire), and focus on our Manipura Chakra (solar plexus) to enliven the solar energies within us. We will channel our fire element in a flowing yoga practice that will include a series of sun salutations, and a variety of twisting poses. We will finish our practice with a relaxing breath practice to balance our solar and lunar energies. All levels of yogis welcome to join our yoga practice.
