Join us on Sunday, July 11 from 9:30-10:30 AM at Prairie Park Fishery, as we incorporate Paddleboard Yoga for a fun, unique way to start your Sunday!
This class is appropriate for all skill levels, but especially for beginners and will be taught in a judgement-free zone. The class will explore traditional yoga poses on a stand up paddleboard - a great way to find mindfulness in your yoga practice. Please come prepared to get wet!
Admission for instruction + SUP Rental - $35 | Admission for just instruction (BYOB - Bring Your Own Board) - $20 | Only 8 Rental Spots & 8 BYOB spots are available so act fast!
