About the Event
Join Lynn Block on a 3 day, 2 night retreat experience. We will call Breathe @ JJ's Folly Bed and Breakfast our home for the weekend. Located on a small private lake outside Fayette, MO.This retreat offers you the opportunity to participate in scheduled activites which include: yoga topics, Stand up Paddle board yoga, yoga practices, and meditation practices. There is also some down time to do the things that bring you joy! You will leave the weekend feeling restored, refreshed and relaxed. This retreat is welcoming to everyone including anyone who is new to yoga, or has little yoga experience.
Cost $600, deposit of $250 Due to reserve your spot. Final amount due by June 1.
