About the Event
We will start with some paddle board basics, paddle away from shore and anchor. then progress from a seated position and offer options moving toward standing poses. No paddleboard or yoga experience required.
Two ticket options. You can rent a board, lifejacket, and anchor with your ticket-Limited availability. You can bring your own board, lifejacket, and anchor. SUP can be done without an anchor, but you tend to drift. Lifejacket required to be on your board by State Law.
