February Winter Weekend Yoga Retreat 2026

This 3 day retreat experience in the scenic Galena Territory. Located just 69 Miles from Cedar Rapids. It is a picturesque location with rolling hills, lush woodland and an abundance of wildlife, and will be our “home” for this Winter Retreat.

The retreat offers the opportunity to move, be still, and contemplate. Each day you will be invited to participate in schedule activities. Including free time, where you can sit by the fire, read, journal, chat with friends, experience anything that brings you joy.

You will leave the weekend felling restored, refreshed, and relaxed. 

This retreat is welcoming to everyone including anyone who is new to yoga or has little to no experience.

Rooms are priced for sharing rooms(sleeping set up varies from room to room).  Please inquire if you need special accommodaitons.
