Fall Yoga Retreat

This 3 day retreat experience Florida. The retreat offers the opportunity to move, be still, and contemplate. Each day you will be invited to participate in schedule activities. Including yoga on the beach, meditation, and free time to do as you wish.

You will leave the weekend felling restored, refreshed, and relaxed.

This retreat is welcoming to everyone including anyone who is new to yoga or has little to no experience.

you will be asked to help plan and prepare one meal during the retreat.
